Family Mediation Fees

MIAMS £100 per party

Sessions £150 per party

Memorandum of Understanding and Open Financial Summary £250

We ask to be paid prior to each sessions.

In order to accommodate working parties, we run sessions in the evenings and on Saturdays.

Workplace and Employment Mediation Fees

Full day Mediation £750 per party 10am - 5pm

Fees and expenses are shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed

Fees are payable one week in advance of the mediation and where there is a cancellation made within one week of the mediation date, 50% of agreed collective fee will be payable.

Parties pay 50 % each of the venue cost.

Civil & Commercial Fees

If mediator is required to provide accommodation, both parties will share the cost equally. Ideally, there should be one room for each of the parties as the mediator uses the rooms for the confidential private sessions and must be sufficiently distanced.

Full day mediation £750 depending on the value of the claim.

Fees are per party

Fees include preparation time

Fees exclude any cost of room hire / refreshments

Fees exclude VAT

Reasonable travel expenses incurred by the mediator will be charged in addition to the fees above, and will be apportioned equally between parties.
